Hello, WA resident Looking to buy a long gun from Idaho seller.
Gun will be delivered here by third party.
Can I go to the FFL ALONE to register the transfer ?
I want to do it right .
I usually go to NW armory for a transfer, but the $50 dollar for any long gun is getting a bit much. The Gun Room is the second closest place to me, does anyone know what the transfer fee there is? Ever transferred a gun there? Experience?
I bought an AR15 lower/upper receiver set from CMTTAC and had it shipped to a local Oregon gun dealer that charges $20 per transfer. I went to pick it up and he said he can’t transfer it to me because I'm a WA resident. He can sell it to my wife though who is an OR resident.

Asking for a friend ...
So my Friend has a son who currently serves and is about to goto a permanent duty station where Fire Arms are not allowed.
I think the son has Oregon residency as that is where my friend lives - but, as he is currently assigned in WA, could have residency there...
How do you do a gun transfer on a shotgun when it is a pre-serial # gun. What info can the FFL hope to record on the firearm? I have an older shotgun with no serial number to be found on it.
Hey there. I have done so few transfers I am unsure about this.
If I meet a buyer at an FFL dealer and do a legal transfer, and he is a WA resident but does NOT have a CPL, will he be subject to a wait period before he can take the handgun home? If so, how long is it?
Thanks
Hi all I hope your Christmas was well, a friend wants to sell his handgun and wants to know the best place near Portland for a inexpensive transfer ? Thanks in advance
The short story is that I am looking for a class 3 dealer to receive a suppressor and process my form 4. I will be using a gun trust, so its a form 4 and year wait. Anyone have experience or recommendations?
The long story

got this from a vendor, but don't have a use for it. It enables you to transfer files to it via wifi. These are especially useful for cell phones.
I can't tell how much storage is on it, but their website says the smallest they make is 16GB. That model retails at $70, so I'm asking $50 obo...
I live in Oregon and want to purchase a pistol from a Washington state resident. If I drive to Washington, can we do the transfer at his local FFL dealer in Washington state? Is the procedure different than if the Washington resident sold to another Washington resident?
Have an extra one new in a box.
$8 takes it or a box of 62gr 5.56 ammo (yes grain specific; sorry).
Live over by Vancouver Lake, so anywhere along the I5 in that area will work
Apologies in advance if i couldn't find what i need in the stinkies.
I just moved to wa, and need to know some basics. I am still waiting to get fingerprinted for my cpl, so...

I plan on selling one of my handguns I bought in California (it is registered), and I want to know, when I do the private party transfer at the gun store (NW Armory), will they notify the government that I am no longer in possession of the gun?

I have a question on an FFL transfer from Washington to Oregon. I wanted to purchase a AR-15 lower from a guy in Washington, I live in Oregon. I told him I have an FFL person in Eugene and he could package this up and send it, non-common carrier, to my FFL.
He said his FFL person said that I...
