I made an SBR from a SIG P556 on a form 1 and now plan to sell it.
Upon transfer, what do I list in form 4 box 4a "Name and address of Maker, Manufacturer and/or importer of firearm"?
That box is a little small for both maker and manufacturer...

Well I just found out to my suprise that I can cross the state line and sell someone a handgun at their FFL..... So my question is, can a WA person sell me at a WA FFL a gun, with me being an Oregon Citizen?
