In general, an opinion is a judgment, viewpoint, or statement that is not conclusive. It may deal with subjective matters in which there is no conclusive finding. What distinguishes fact from opinion is that facts are more likely to be verifiable, i.e. can be agreed to by the consensus of experts. An example is: "United States of America was involved in the Vietnam War" versus "United States of America was right to get involved in the Vietnam War". An opinion may be supported by facts and principles, in which case it becomes an argument. Different people may draw opposing conclusions (opinions) even if they agree on the same set of facts. Opinions rarely change without new arguments being presented. It can be reasoned that one opinion is better supported by the facts than another by analyzing the supporting arguments. In casual use, the term opinion may be the result of a person's perspective, understanding, particular feelings, beliefs, and desires. It may refer to unsubstantiated information, in contrast to knowledge and fact.
Collective or professional opinions are defined as meeting a higher standard to substantiate the opinion. (see below)
So I went down to Sportsman's Warehouse today and they had a special pricing on a little Nikon Pro Staff it's one of the long range BDC 4-12 power w with a 40mm front end.
I bought a set of 1 inch Riser rings and slapped it on top of the rail.
I was a little bit concerned that the front end...

Washington State Legislature
Pro on HB 1024, and Con on the rest (magazine bans, more DV laws, ghost guns, reporting stolen guns).
And for those that don't know, HB 1024 -

Sure, it's a re-hash well-done here, but one of those subjects that just won't die.
One of many videos I recently watched....
Me, it's about the only way I carry. After a couple years of daily carry, just seems to work for me.
My daughter came to me with a non functioning low cost 1911 she acquired, Besides very dirty it had a broken and missing ejector. I striped and cleaned it, found a colt ejector to fit so filed it and repined it in. I then took it to the range and ran about fifty rounds through it without fail. I...
I am looking for help to determine if a layaway program is a good thing to offer and what would make it meet they buyer's needs. This forum is full of opinions I respect and far fewer I skim past, so for those of you who have had a good or bad experience with a layaway I would greatly appreciate...
So I just bought a DDM4A1 Socom Block 2 upper stripped so looking for Bolt carrier group.
I’m trying to decide on the “BCG”
I’ve narrowed down to 2 :
- BCM FDE BCG
- Noveske BCG
But open to other options?
Not really interested in the Daniel Defense Bcg..
As we know, we are in a war. It really comes down to public opinion in Oregon because of the ballot measures. Public opinion isn't always or probably very often about facts it's about feelings. After all isn't that how we got to this point? The media only wants to show so "called mass...
This is a once fired case. I have found about ( 4 ) of these in the last 40 rounds of PMC I shot. I'm a retired machinist, and I have no idea why it would take two steps to put in a primer pocket and flash hole. It should be done in one step, and this would eliminate the risk of an offset flash...
Or give them a piece of your mind. :s0066::s0066::s0066:

First and foremost there may be some bias in the review.
After getting the extended rail for the Steyr Aug it was much easier to get a cheekweld, so I went and tried it again. I like it for what it is, and its pretty good for the price. But ultimately not for me.
Illumination is just...
Yep, another "which caliber is best" thread!! If interested, read on, if not, read on!
Nearing the top of my 'want' list is the Ruger Precision rifle. If I don't get it this year, I will get one next year. I find I'm back and forth over the caliber choice though. I'm always interested in...
So I picked up two ar15 a2 over the weekend. I was thinking about making one into a MK 12 spr clone.
One of the rifles I got was an armalitel I and the other was a colt H-bar pre ban.
I shot them both today and really like them both.
The armalite shot a little better or so it seemed. I...
