In radio communications, single-sideband modulation (SSB) or single-sideband suppressed-carrier modulation (SSB-SC) is a type of modulation, used to transmit information, such as an audio signal, by radio waves. A refinement of amplitude modulation, it uses transmitter power and bandwidth more efficiently. Amplitude modulation produces an output signal that has twice the bandwidth of the original baseband signal. Single-sideband modulation avoids this bandwidth doubling, and the power wasted on a carrier, at the cost of increased device complexity and more difficult tuning at the receiver.

Looking to purchase a good condition integrally suppressed Ruger 77/44 Bolt Action Rifle in .44 Magnum. Would prefer the all-weather version of the "silent destroyer" made by Tom Denall in Bend, but will consider other suppressed models. I will pay all NFA transfer fees. Thank you!
So, this idea of a shorty, bolt-gun, with a can keeps coming back up. Original plan was to invest in a CZ, filing the paper work, cutting and adapting said to the silencer. With all this talk of estúpido laws concerning threading, I'm thinking of cutting to the chase with an integral. (At...

For those of you who invested in a 300 Blackout AR, do you actually shot it often or do you find that the cost of ammo makes it so that you don't shoot it frequently (especially suppressed)?
I have 9mm and 45ACP cans in Form 4 processing, and am debating whether to get another 45ACP host or a...
Ordered an AAC 7.62 SDN-6 silencer and the standard socket AAC flash hider for my 16.1" bbl Ruger Gunsite.
AAC said that only their standard socket flash hider will work with the scout rifle due to its unique barrel shoulder/fsb combo.
I'm going to install the AAC flash hider tomorrow but the...
Thinking about getting a Walther P22 with a suppressor. My first experience with 22lr was less than stellar (used revolver with 5-6 out of 7 failure ratio, CCI ammo, hoping it was just the gun). Anyone have the newer model of this handgun with any input?
Or any input on 22lr handguns in general...
I've been eyeballing the AR-45's at PSA, and they seem to be perpetually out of stock. Makes me wonder why. I don't see or hear much about AR-45's, but they've obviously been around. I find mention of Oly Arms and maybe a handful of others in the past number of years, but they seem to be rather...
