On reality, OP. I find my self in a spot similar to you. When I go out I really only shoot 3 of them.

Hmmm… in general I own shotguns: I have one for ducks and pheasant, one for shooting clays, one for intruders…
Rifles: a few for deer, a few for elk, one for coyotes, one for plinking.
Handguns: three for EDC, one for the nightstand, one for the desk, one for the main level of my house, three or so just sit in my safe looking pretty and appreciating in value.
Lots of redundancies too.

And I'm always shopping for more and I need a bigger safe.
