Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
I been here for some yrs. know but I guess I always thought I'd get around to finishing up the newbie stuff, but never did. I'm retired now & have more time but I, since retirement found out how lazy I am! So hey all have a good day & this is a great place to interact w/like minded people.
Recently joined Northwest Firearms. I'm an avid shooter, and RSO at local SW WA gun club.
I've been shooting for over 50 years, starting as a young boy pheasant hunting in Northern IL and Southern WI.
Lived in the PNW for 30 years now. I own a Dillon 650 and love to shoot .45 ACP / 1911's...
Hi I'm Erik McCluskey. I am the proud proprietor of McCluskey Arms Company in Eugene, OR. I have heard so many great things of Northwest Firearms that I just had to sign up. I look forward to adding to the community.

Hi there,
Been snooping around here for a little bit but still a new NWF member. However, not new to the NW life. I’ve been in the NW for the last 21 years, I love it here despite all the changes, and I’m here to stay!
Thank you,
Nira
Hey everyone,
Im fairly new to this website, and also fairly new to being a gun owner. I bought a decent edc hand gun, and then I bought a middle tier AR, and although the AR is fun to shoot and easy to shoot as well, it was for the most part impractical(for me). So now I'm trying to figure out...
This brass is annealed.
This is the deal...I got this brass for a good low price. Look on-line you'll see it in the area of $35.00/50.
My price to the buyer will be $50.00 for this 100 pieces of NEW PPU 7.65 X 53 Argentine Mauser brass.
Once I receive the buyers money it will all be...
It's hard to believe that it was this day thirteen years ago which I decided to roll the dice on starting a local community for gun owners. You wouldn't believe how many people told me it'd never work, and I almost let them talk me out of it. For better and worse, my life has been completely...
Why is there a download icon in my Chrome address bar, when I am here on the forum?
When I hover over it, it says "Install Northwest Firearms".
Install what?
Is this a PWA?
This is the big update you're all tired of hearing about, receiving conversations about, taking surveys about, etc. for the past year and a half. Ironically, if everything goes as planned you won't notice much of a difference :s0112:
I'll close the site and begin the update on Monday, March...
I've been working on the next version of Northwest Firearms for well over a year now, a huge update including a completely re-written front-end and redevelopment of many popular features (classifieds being the big one, finally!). I'm happy to report that we're very close to the update here...
We've had a number of requests to accept Bitcoin (and other altcoins) over the years. This past month we've received several, all citing the anti-gun nature of most payment processors (such as PayPal and Stripe, both of which we rely on), and the possibility of them cancelling our accounts at...
I have recently purchased three boxes of ammo at BiMart. I didn't need the ammo, but I thought while I was there, I should get it and pass it on to members (At cost) of NWFA that really need it. Then I said to myself, "What the heck, I'll pass the money on to the help support the board!"...
Maybe the majority of people in Washington are all on WaGuns. It seems like almost everyone that I see post lives in Oregon, specifically the Portland, Beaverton, and Hillsboro areas. If I see a Washington profile, 10 dollars says that you live in Vancouver.
It sounds like I'm whining over...
Well I've been on the board for a few years. Bought and sold, posted my opinions. And today, I just realized I never did a formal introduction email...... Here goes.
Moved to this area in 1993 in my final 2 tours in the navy (Navcomtelsta Puget Sound 93-97 and 97-2001 USS Carl Vinson) retired in...
