Yeah, I was in a Bi-mart yesterday, and there were only a few boxes of Remington brass plated .22lr left. Everything else was cleaned out. Unless they try to outlaw ammunition altogether, .22lr would be the last thing to go.

Ya know what sucks just last month I had a thread on here about looking to get an AR well with Christmas coming that was delayed. Well I guess it is delayed even further now.
I hope not but I feel that we will permanently loose some rights to get a semi-auto firearm. I hope I'm wrong.
Even Joe Lieberman was giving wrong info about back ground checks not being done at gun shows.
My heart and prayers go out to those that lost their children and loved ones.

If there is a god, I wish to him that I could afford, or find a sack of money while Im out walking, to buy 3 firearms and plenty of magazines and bullets for.
I want an Uzi. A man let me fire the weapon at the shooting range last time I went, its a very nice weapon, for shooting a handgun round it has the capability of hitting targets from a good distance accurately due to the length of the barrel better than any handgun. Im not that good of a shot, but you can hit a soda can from 50 yards away pretty consistently with an Uzi.
I would get a AK-47, it's one of the finest, best, weapon's ever made, and that proposal for 10 round magazine limitations is like giving a kid a brand new toy and only include 2 out of 6 batteries with it to make it work right. I've shot it before, it is "fun" to shoot in it's most intense form. As one gun expert put it, if he were to be transplanted on an alien world with only one gun for protection, his choice would be the AK-47.
I would get a FiveseveN with both 20 and 30 round magazines. I've never seen a handgun with so many rounds capably of fitting into it without having the magazine extend 6" below the grip. I like the small rifle round it shoots, high velocity, the fact you can get AP rounds for it, everything about that weapon I love, but I can't afford at this time. I like the low recoil, high velocity and good range of the weapon.
Until then, I hope and pray that mean lady (I have better words for it than that, but censors would block it) Dianne Feinstein, her new AWB bill is dead in the water.
Look up the hypocrisy of Dianne Feinstein. The most European Socialist city in the country, San Francisco, decided to make a peace statue out of melted down firearm's. Dianne Feinstein was in SF City Hall when her colleagues SF Mayor (forget his name) and Harvey Milk were assassinated. Well ever since that, she has carried a nice .357 magnum. When SF resident's asked her to donate a firearm to the statue, she bought some cheap piece of crap like .22 or something, and held onto her .357 magnum which carries everyday. Gun's shouldn't be allowed for regular American's to protect their lives and families with according to her, but it's ok for her to protect herself with one.
