Great find! Ordered. One reviewer said this $8 reel antenna really made a difference in reception, especially out in the boonies.
Used to play around with grandpas shortwave when I was a kid (massive vacuum tube type). But that bubbleguming Russian woodpecker ruined most channels.

Woodpecker 6 min video. That thing dominated like 70-80% of the shortwave bands as I recall.
