Would you rather buy a Ruger AR556 for $540 or a Browning A5 for $325? The Ruger is new, the Browning has some wear but is overall in decent field worthy condition. I like shooting clays, but from what I understand you have to own land capable of setting up a range or be a member of a club (correct me if wrong). If I'm shooting still paper targets a rifle seems like more fun, and more practical for public land use. Also, I'm going with a semi auto for the added fun, and since I won't be hunting any time soon. I will probably get both, it's just a matter of first... I currently only have a sig 226, if that helps any decision. Any thoughts on this?
