I was at Sportsman's Outdoors and picked up a pack of bench rest targets. Looking to get an electronic Game caller. Last time I used one a bear came in. He left of his own accord.

and I just realized, I'll be forced to take time off work or lose my PTO accrual beginning in two weeks, which means regularly scheduled range days!!! Sure hope the weather holds out!!!

Decided to upgrade my cheap Russian spotting scope. Midway had these on sale, but I found it at Costco online for another $25 cheaper. Not an expensive scope, but it should work for my purposes.

It is an Athlon Talos 20-60X80 with a flimsy tri-pod. $125 is a very good price since they are normally around $200.
