Straight stocks is my preference, though we have a mix of both; Winchester 94 and Rossi 92 patterns are straight, while Marlin 1894 and Savage 99 have pistol grips.

Scoping lever-guns, um, no thanks. (Though the 99 does have a scope, that was done by my wife's grandfather, and it works on that particular one.)

Generally I prefer a Strait Stock for aesthetics and handling, but the Marlins just seem to fit nicer with their pistol grips! Both look nice and feel good in the hands!
My Favorite Lever of all time!

I grew up on bolt guns and shotguns and they had pistol grip stocks. I didn't get a lever gun until much later in life, so since I'm pretty set in my ways, the pistol grip lever just feels natural to me.

I am currently looking for a pistol grip style for my 100 year Commemorative.
I have actually already found a PG buttstock only on Ebay so I would need to find a matching piece of wood to make a matching forestock.

Looking for a radiused lever as well!
