Without knowing what gun they came off of, wouldn't know. They used hardwood and laminate (thin pieces of wood glued together before being cut).

Here are my two favorites. Bn36 long range assasin 30/06 with nightforce 5.5x22 nxs. 3lb elf drop in trigger .Extreme accuracy with 210gr accubond doing 2560fps. The front one is 308 diamondback with nikon p308 scope. Fun in all ways.

Is the bn36 worth the money over a 308 iyo?

Yes because the 06 case allows 210 lr accubont. 308 does not.

I got the last couple pieces in the mail today(bayonet, mag tube plug, and rear strap swivel screws)and did the mock up... I decided to go with a "battle worn" finish. A few finishing touches and a little forced patina on the parts that look too new, and I'll be able to scratch a grail gun off the top of my list!
He's a crappy sneak peak pic of the mock up...





I'll post more detailed pics when I'm finished.
