I think I'm done shopping for my next two builds. I'm building two 16" 5.56 carbines, one for me and one for my sweetie. Hers is black, mine is FDE and mine gets a Law folding stock adapter for riding in the truck.

I ordered the last parts yesterday. Here's the more or less complete parts list. There's two of everything except for the one folding adapter and muzzle devices.

I ordered ten more D&H AR-15 magazines. Then a substantial first aid kit plus two Isreali leak stoppers. Recently received two Bark River knives.

Picked up a box of Buffalo Bore Heavy .44 Magnum. According to the box, 305-grain, hard cast bullet at 1,325 fps. Sounds spicy.

OK. Got everything put together and went out to the cold desert for a quick testing. Offhand shot a fist sized group at 100 yards, reset the ballistic turret to zero. Dialed 250 yards and put several hits on an 8" steel plate. Removed the quick mount optic placed it back on and bam, repeated hits at 250. I'm happy with what I put together.

Decided to buy a Tandemcross charging ring for my stock competition bolt. I was running a Volquartsen black nitride which I still have, but the extractor pops out ater a few mags, so I wanted another option mid shoot.

Went on in a jiffy, nice fit and trim..$49

Stopped by the LGS and picked up box for .40 S&W loads, another 100 155gr XTPs, and they actually had Federal Small Pistol primers! Of course, limited to only 200, but I was thankful for them. They actually had CCI Large Pistol primers as well, but limited ALL primer sales to 200 total. Prices were the same as before, which was nice.

Also picked up a Glock 10mm 30-round magazine to throw in my pack for my G29.

Didn't buy it today! I bought it November 27,2020 and it just arrived today! Then I only got one of the two that I ordered! Kind of frustrating. That is not really good business to do with people.

Anyway... 10.5" upper in 5.56 what it looks like with the comp on it and then the blast diverter and I wanted to see what it looked like on my 300 bo pistol lower

Took my own advice and ordered parts kit for my ARs. Tried to buy one for each AR, but Midway limited me to only one. Seems like other folks are getting the same idea about stocking up parts to keep their freedom rifles running. Also ordered some more AR-10 mags while still available.

I finally "pulled the trigger" and purchased a Rare Breed FART-15....I feel like it may turn into something I sell to fund another Geissele SD-3G but, Ive never experimented with any of these types of triggers so, why not?!
