I have to agree... the percentage of our kind of people are very small per capita there. Most of them are liberal and want to be victims I guess. When you live in Eutopia and think the bad guys will not have guns and ammo because of strick gun laws you are asking to be home invaded and shot..fact of life in good Ole Kali
We left for a reason. I also promise I am a one issue voter and will never vote for a pro gun control candidate.

They don't stop it because this is what they want. In fact they want more. The politicos are a reflection of he people

It's no secret that CA/OR/WA are predictably blue states, but to say that the politicos are a reflection of the people you have to have more than a 30% turnout for voting. 3 in 10 legally capable adults voted in the 2014 election in California. That is shameful and a poor representation.

Hate to point out the obvious..after the rigged Florida elections a few years back and the last two big boy elections...does voting really count for anything or is it already set in stone who will win?

There are ranches and farms and good areas In Ca. I even had my CCW permit because I lived in a rural county. I'm serious when I say that lots of really good people live there.
However, the balance of power resides in Silicon Valley and the leftist bastions of SF, LA, SD, Berzerkely, Davis, et al.
The largest population in general, the largest freeloading population, largest population of illegal aliens, largest population of rich liberals and the largest population of staunch leftists live in those areas. So it's up hill all the way for the good folks. I know, I was one of 'em once upon a time.

I'm in Oregon, but I'm way ready for the State of Jefferson. We've got the same bastards in different suits in Salem.

I'll tell you this, I'm not moving again.

@GOG, you've said a mouthful. Those who are consumers of governmental programs are the problem. If only the contributors to society, those who pay the bill, had a vote, things would change in a great big hurry.

I'm still an advocate for only allowing property owners, business owners and those who actually pay income taxes, be the only individuals to vote, with voter verification that you are indeed a United States Citizen...

Same thing goes for Muslims, if you are not for stealth or active jihad, stand up and be counted

A pretty reliable way for those Muslims to get themselves beheaded. Makes more sense for those guys to keep their heads down...

I find that highly encouraging. The non-voters are less likely to obey the legislature than the voters are.

My favorite California immigrant (to Wyoming) took the California plates off her car, shot holes through them, and hung them on the fence in front of her house. Not all escapees from that place are socialists.

Civil liberties union would be all over that before the first ballot was passed...that being said I do totally agree with what you said. The dems. Get the votes because they fund (we pay for) the bums, parasites of society via food stamps welfare etc. And there are way more of them than us. We work we pay bills we have no say....

One day, in the not very distant future, Amerika will put forth its own austerity plan... Cannot keep writing checks forever against funds that don't exist...

Far too many people are not self sufficient...

Much as I enjoy driving through Northern California when my wife and I go to Reno, we will be taking the long way in the future. I will not travel to California in the future, either, except when my employer requires me to do so.

Well, if you go to Klamath Falls, then just take 139 south to 395 from there. If you do that, you will only spend about 3 hours and 45 minutes in California. Just gas up in Klamath Falls, and don't bother to stop while you are in California. :)

You will also be traveling through very rural areas of California that are far more conservative than the rest of the state.

If you wanted to spend even less time in California, you could go east all the way to Lakeview, and then travel south on 395 from there. That would cut down your time in California by 40 minutes, down to only 3 hours and 5 minutes.

Low turn out favors us honestly. We are a minority in ca/or/wa. We need to get out our vote and suppres theirs and I don't know a way to do that other than to convince them they'll win and don't bother to take the time to vote.

That's the reason why nothing ever changes. Examples exist all over the world. Mexico doesn't have to be the way it is, yet the peasants are too afraid to rise up. Now we have the same phenom in LA... the worker hispanic class is used to being dominated by corrupt government and criminals. Think they might be for gun control?

I don't see how thugs and thieves and general bad guys can afford to live in the bay area and other parts of Kalifornistan. Maybe that is part of the eutopian strategy - price them all out.
