Just checked AIM Surplus and they won't ship to WA either.
Primary Arms is the only I found that will ship to WA.

As of July 2019 Washington state passed a law making it illegal to manufacture , own, buy transport or possess etc etc any " undetectable firearm. " or parts therefore to use for to assemble such a firearm... The wonderful Washington state and I'm sure it's only going to get better.. Not!
