The person taking the video sounds high and if you watch till the end, a person asks him if he has it on film, he's sort of noncommittal, the bystander demands repeatedly that he turn the video over to the cops and the guy taking the video says "who the F are you" and the guy says "it's a murder".

Videographer is a complete bubblegum-hole. What a scumbag -- so wrapped up in "didn't see bubblegum" that he can't even be a freakin' human being. Complete garbage. GRRR -- I'm so pissed.

Even back then I said "so why the hell were you there?". Yes you have to right to demonstrate. When the Police told you go home you made a choice to instead get beat down. I'm going to take a wild guess here that the gun was a black powder revolver. The amount of smoke in the video is immense and it lingers. I've stepped backward and forward a lot -- it's hard to tell which one is the shooter but I think it was the guy with the big emblem on his coat. There's another guy in dark clothes but he appears to have substantial camera equipment. He may have filmed shell casings which would cut against the black powder theory -- weird behavior. The guy in the jacket with the emblem backs away and runs off which would be more consistent with having just done a murder.

I believe the "smoke' in the video was actually pepper spray the victim was using to try to defend himself. Looks like it originates from him and moves toward the shooter, just before the first shot.

I want the President to take action in ALL states, counties, cities, and rural areas that REFUSE to do jack squat when it comes to the violence, wounding, murders, arson, looting, rioting, destruction, etc. when it comes to the NON peaceful protestors.

I do not give a rat's @@@ if some communist or socialist or D or R or 'whatever' governor, mayor, etc. does not LIKE IT.

The President needs to do this asap and IT should have been done from the gitgo in so many places across this nation!

In other states, counties, cities, and rural areas... other R and D leaders took action and they did not let this dung continue. BOTH parties did this in the past.

They need to bring in and USE those big fire hoses - water cannons, use tasers, billy clubs aka batons, rubber bullets, etc.

They NEED TO DO SOMETHING about the curfews. They need to tell the peaceful protestors that they have a time limit aka a CURFEW that will be ENFORCED and WHERE they can march AND if any person JOINS IN with the rioting criminals - they will be ARRESTED or HURT if they do NOT move out - clear out in a PEACEFUL MANNER.

The so called peaceful people (IF there are any of them OUT there!) have a choice to make.

If they are too stupid or too stubborn to move as a PEACEFUL person and stay in the group of the criminal, crazy, violent, etc. NASTY people... they WILL GET TREATED just like the criminals! God gave them free will! Use it or lose it. Use some common sense, use the brain that the good Lord gave you, and apply the Golden Rule as you LEAVE the rioting criminals.

The LOCAL peace officers, the NG, troopers, etc. should NOT be told to stand down, leave, ignore it all and so forth. The PRESIDENT needs to make this clear to all states that they will be ALLOWED to do their job in an orderly manner.

While there is ZERO doubt there is some fraud that is not why these cities are the mess they are. Most elections they are lucky if they can get half the people who can vote, to bother to vote. Here some great people put a LOT of money and time to try to get the new law here that makes a 10/22 an "Assault Weapon" on the ballot. I have been shocked this has taken this long. They have been throwing matches at a powder keg for weeks on end. I have been shocked it has not turned into a full on shoot out long before this.
