I understand, but there are 2144 comments on the Oregonian page now. Could you point out the ones you were originally referring to?How they would question a woman protecting her kids
Maybe she SHOULD have taken him seriously......she is PARTLY to blame for this"Good by forever" and "Took all my meds @ once" -- but she said she didn't take him seriously,
especially if their a third striker !!!Some comments stated he was a burglar at worst and didnt deserve to die. Many times a burglar has run into a homeowner and a non-violent property crime turns into an act of desparation that results in dead homeowners. You are often the only thing that might land them in jail or prison and that alone makes you expendable in the eyes of a burglar.
anti home defense commenters are disgusting , read the comments on the Oregonian website.
Terrified homeowner shot intruder in back of head: Police reports, 911 call released
Especially if their a "third striker"
Yea, law enforcement would have gone all CSI on his arse when she reported the whiny twat for the thousandth time.. or are you saying she should have opened her door to him once again and sacrificed her own life for the common good?Maybe she SHOULD have taken him seriously......she is PARTLY to blame for this

Indeed. David had all the choices."David's life was unnecessarily taken by someone who had multiple opportunities to change the outcome for everyone involved. He has two successful daughters and two wonderful grandsons who greatly miss him."
But..David had many chances to off himself and save this woman the trouble of shooting him. David also had the opportunity to NOT break into a house where he would attempt to attack the woman.
David is dead. Problem solved.
You know the old saying.. "Play stupid games, get shot in the head".Indeed. David had all the choices.
No what I am saying is when a friend or family member 'infers' suicide as he did IEor are you saying she should have opened her door to him once again and sacrificed her own life for the common good?
You have a responsibility to report it and intervene if necessary. I had to do it with a member of my family once....."Good by forever" and "Took all my meds @ once"
