Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during, and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest".From the point of view of an overall sales process engineering effort, customer service plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate income and revenue. Customer service also plays a crucial role in both increasing and maintaining customer loyalty, the tendency of a customer to repeat doing business with a company in the future. One good customer service experience can change the entire perception a customer holds towards the organization.

I’ve been buying Arken Optics lately over just about anything else out there. Their EP line has Japanese glass and they are feature rich for their prices.

I have 3 of the Gen 1 Redi-Mag units on my guns. One of them has a broke screw and there are 2 different styles. One style uses "regular" screws into a very thin lock nut and the hardware is the same finish as the unit. The other style has a milled and threaded block that uses hex head...

I’ve had a few interactions with manufacturers recently where they exceeded my level of expectation for customer service. I know everyone has different experiences, but this month my two A+ manufacturers are:
Mesa Tactical
Aero Precision
Both provided free parts that I had lost, even when I...
I need a lower engraved to NFA standards I would like to trade FFL transfers or ammo for this service, OR if you have a engraving machine that you don't want anymore I would like to trade or buy it off you.
This is a used Police Service Six .357 Magnum Revolver. The firearms is in great shape and comes with an Uncle Mike's Holster. A check on the serial number shows it was made in late 1982 or early 1983. I do not know how many rounds have been through it. The owner is not interested in...
I am in market for used car and I have funds in my saving account. For the last week or so I have been looking on craigslist, but I could not find anything. My requirments for the car are:
1) Must be AWD or 4x4 (small SUV or Subaru) and 4 or 6 cylinders (e.g. Toyota 4runner or Tacoma, Honda...
Rcbs customer service rocks. It is a pleasure to talk to a customer service rep who knows PRECISELY what they and you are talking about. I have an older hand priming tool a model 90200, the large priming rod fell out (and will be lost until the new ones come) so I bit the bullet 😊 and called...
