11 dead. Saw the scanner alert on my phone and was listening live as cops were clearing the building.

Bumpstocks were purchased as an accessory. It's easier to buy a gun than a silencer in this country.

If it was an illegal silencer, that's nothing new. Gangbangers get arrested with home made silencers all over the country all the time. Just adds 10-25 years to the sentencing.
