Hey a good price is a good price, fun shooter? It's not wood furniture. For what I paid for it I can get over the plastic.

The best! I have 4 FN's and I shot this one 80%+ of the time for 30 years. It has an original Brit scope and dust cover/scope mount.Hey a good price is a good price, fun shooter?
No true FAL fan would ever say that. Polymer is in fact correct for some. Example, Steyr made STG-58s have bipods, steel handguards, and polymer stocks. Only early FN made STG-58s have wood. The picture color is hard to tell, but if thats wood then yes.
Ide never buy a plastic fal personally, ruins the idea of the gun to me.
Nice looking piece btw
Wow, that brings back some memories.View attachment 507603 My dad gave me my first gun ever today can't believe he saved it all these years. Not even sure how old I was but I remember having a hard time working the lever to cock it.
