I don't carry this enough but she's a favorite. Had some Pachmayr Compacs on it but they started feeling bulky, so it's on with the stags & t-grip.

Great looking snub nose! Love those Tyler "T" Grips! They are just extra comfortable to me.

A photo, and a little history...



The 4-5/8" Single Six is a red-hot seller. But they've never catalogued them in stainless. So occasionally one of the distributors commissions Ruger to turn out a batch. They sell quick.
The two shown here are from different runs. The bottom one, notice the warning billboard is on the side of the barrel. But being older, the grips are nicer, and very possibly walnut.
The top one is from a later run. By now, Ruger is putting the warning underneath the barrel, where ya never have to see it unless you want to. Notice the grips. Ruger had switched to rosewood. Another way of saying unidentified hardwood from the South American rain forest. Seldom will you find two rosewood grips that look the same. Seldom will you find rosewood grips that are attractive. (My opinion).
