Maybe so long as they didn't commingle and/or do other things (or not do things) that would cause the church and LEVO organization to be connected entities. Not sure how the IRS would determine or look at that.

There were dozens of complaints filed with the IRS on the last go-around. If the IRS was going to act, they would have already done so.
