I have more 5.56 than I know what to do with unless the STHF. Plus it would be cool for varmints. You know like pesky neighbors and Raccoon's
Why not go with an AR?

People ask me this about my Ruger a lot.Why not go with an AR?

model 26944 runs ar-15 magsIf this can/will include just the regular threaded 16" 5.56 ar mag one I'm in. Not looking for a 22 incher right now but what a great deal!

My 40X .223 will flat out NOT chamber 5.56 with out effort, and extraction is very stiff, so I don't run 5.56 in it! My Savage didn't really like 5.56 ether!
Some rifles with tight match chambers in .233 will likely be much the same! Don' know about the Tigers, but if they follow the rest of their Rifle specs, I would bet they are kind of tight too!
Someone should ask Ruger why everything except .308 is 22"Yes but is 22" not 16

Ranch yes! All I pulled up were predator models. Sounds like this is only going to have Ruger and long gun as the common denominators, so just respond with the model of your choice and I will get cracking on a sweet low price.Model # 26965 is 16" and takes AR mags
Ruger® Ruger American Rifle® Ranch Bolt-Action Rifle Model 26965
@SKrueger, I realized I never addressed your thread title. So here you go.
Mossberg MVP? Meh. Sloppy bolts and average accuracy. Of course, YMMV.
Not to get off topic, but how do you like it?! Ive never talked with someone who owns one. Any issues with steel case stuff or does it eat everything?I vote for the Ruger American Ranch also. Takes AR mags, crazy accurate, and fun to shoot. It does have a threaded barrel, I like it so much, I bought one in 762x39 also.
