What needs to happen is the U.S. Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the federal operation needs to meet with the Assistant U.S. Attorney and raise the issue. If they can work out a team response the issue could be addressed.

In this climate, it's not about what the book says. It's about how the 12 people on the bench view you.
"a Pop"For us, it was always a POP!
As in, what can I get ya? a Pop. What kind of Pop? Dr.Pepper!
I was kinda surprised we didn't see this myself. We have some out here on the ship I work on and when security does training with them, even at the lowest setting, it's quite obnoxious. It would certainly push the crowd back a few paces....
PPB has a couple good LRAD set ups.I was kinda surprised we didn't see this myself. We have some out here on the ship I work on and when security does training with them, even at the lowest setting, it's quite obnoxious. It would certainly push the crowd back a few paces....

He can claim PTSD as a defence if it even went that far, and I'd be shocked if any charges would be dismissed instantly.Meanwhile over here, a friend's son - a kid soccer referee in his spare time - had a laser shone on him during a game at a local park. He ran over to the shinee, ripped it out of his hand and shoved it down his throat - through his front teeth, with a large and hairy fist.
How to explain THAT to the people in ER? - but it probably went something like this ' AKAKakakakakakAkAkAkaaaaakkakakakakkkkaaaaak..' You can bet he'll not be doing it again for some considerable time,
BTW, the strong reaction might be due to a couple of things -
1. He is a retired Army Aviation Apache pilot - now a mediflight chopper pilot, and -
2. He has actually had his cockpit lit up at night by a person or persons using a green laser whilst carrying injured RTA victims to ER, he being one of a few night-flying qualified air ambulance pilots in UK.
So that's your strategy? ****post a thread that disturbs and bothers you until you can get it shut down?lol, more of that double speak huh? Would be cool if all war crimes were thought of as war crimes, but I guess that's too much to expect. Still, funny coming from an INGSOC avatar.
It's pretty amazing to me that any reasonable person would try to defend radical behavior.
If you want to defend truly peaceful protests, that's fine; I'm with you on that one, but when you defend the behavior of violent radicals who blind people with lasers, burn cars and buildings, etc., you lose all credibility.
There are a couple guys on here that I thought were fairly reasonable, even given their strong leftward tilt, but they've lost any and all credibility in my mind, by constantly defending radical, extremist behavior. On the Right we call it Reactionary- to defend behavior that goes too far, simply because your ideological opponent condemns it.
What if these "protesters" managed to block the exits of a police building with dumpsters and burn it to the ground (as they've tried), killing dozens of police officers? Would you say that went too far, or would you cheer and celebrate with your radical buddies in the street? How far is too far? What crimes of violence and destruction are too much?
A reasonable person would also admit "Oops, my bad" when caught trying to spread false information.
Did a Holocaust Museum Display a Poster Listing 'Early Warning Signs of Fascism'?
The poster was not on display, but instead was available in the gift shop of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.www.snopes.com
