Using the same attitude and logic about liabilities, we ought to be able to hold our legislators and other elected officials for the damage they create, the wasted tax dollars, etc.

Gotta find a way to kill qualified immunity. Which generally doesn't protect officials when they knowingly push restrictions that are unconstitutional. But it's going to need a real lawyer to help assess where the line is to get that nullified.Using the same attitude and logic about liabilities, we ought to be able to hold our legislators and other elected officials for the damage they create, the wasted tax dollars, etc.
The state of emergency ended at least a month ago.Think about it, insly still hasn't give up his emergency Covid powers, imagine what would happen if he got into the White House. The left say that Trump did not want to give up his power and all hell is breaking loose as a result but this tyrant does it and it's OK...
Ten days to flatten the curve. Just like politicians working on budgets they missed "by a little", it was 975 days later! The state of emergency ended at least a month ago.
we'll see if Jay tries to remain governor when he no longer is. Then you can compare him to orangeman.
This is my point behind lies lies and more lies...Let's look at the statistics VS Inslee & Ferguson spouting off over these so called "assault weapons". Less I forget, "ANYTHING" used to attack any individual(s) to do bodily harm is an assault weapon. Baseball bat, hammer, rock, etc... The latest FBI data available to the public is from 2019, https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2019/crime-in-the-u.s.-2019/tables/table-20
For 2019, the total rifle deaths (all states) were 364, pistols were 6,368, Hands, fists, feet, etc. were 600 but I believe you get the idea. Moreover, the rifle deaths do not stipulate these so-called 'assault weapons' were a leading cause as Inslee & Ferguson would have the public believe. In fact, there was 135 murders with firearms of which 5 were rifles of unknown types in Wa.
Rounding that out means .037% of the murders were by rifles. Compare that to the other data. Hands-fists-feet .088%, knives-cutting instruments .17%, other weapons .177% but I think the information speaks for itself and illustrates the utter fallacy of Inslee & Fergusons "opinion" vs facts. Inslee & Ferguson have continually harangued the 2nd amendment of the Constitution for years on end. This in spite of their sworn duty to uphold it! If either of them were truly interested in the public they claim to serve, they would be looking at ways to keep criminals in jail instead of letting them merry-go-round thru the justice system. Both of these people have no interest in protecting you, their interest is to perpetrate a lie!
In the meantime..80%

I'm sure it's right out of "Rules for Radicals"Yep they themselves created the conditions for out of control crime and no prosecutions, now they are blaming the problem they created on guns. Yea, it's the guns' fault, not their policies (smh).
THAT'll never happen because Leftist judges work on the principle of "flood the zone, SCOTUS can't overturn us all." Kinda like WWII Japanese kamikazes...Bruen will lead all of these efforts to eventually fail. It will just take time for the courts to get on the same page.
Three words: "Cloward-Piven Strategy." Everything is being broken by deliberate design and malignant intent...I'm sure it's right out of "Rules for Radicals"
And how did that work out for Japan?THAT'll never happen because Leftist judges work on the principle of "flood the zone, SCOTUS can't overturn us all." Kinda like WWII Japanese kamikazes...
Because all the tyrants on the west coast are colluding with one another, they should all be charged with betraying their oaths. They need to be removed from office and serve jail time so it sends a clear message to the rest of the worthless petty tyrants in this country.Sounds like Washington is taking it's direction from 114
