For either state, people should start their letter writing and calling campaigns. Letters and emails only need to be a paragraph, they will most likely only be read by a staffer, so keep it short to the point. Yes or no with the bill number in the subject line.

Start now by obtaining all the phone numbers and email addresses of ALL members on both sides of the aisles. Will also want the info for committee members that are drafting or reviewing the bills. Set up your address book so you can send the emails in batches. ALL of them need to hear from you, not just your local representatives. If you only send to people on your side of the aisle, the proponents can truthfully say that they heard little or no opposition.

Most of the new members and committees will be announced in the next few days.

Particularly flood Kapo Kirby's inbox, not that he'll give a flying you-know what. Never forgive and never forget that HE PERSONALLY was the one who inflicted this mag-ban crap on us with his vote to let it out of committee... rub that dog's nose in his crap at every opportunity, just like how you housebreak a puppy.

This is the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM every gun owner should do. Every time. Unfortunately, this is too much to ask of most of them.

Dan in Benton City along with others puts lists out every year for WA NWFA members. Be your own first responder, and start with doing this.

I don't know man. Pretty soon the Californians are going to be saying: "Let's keep out the Commiegonians and Commietonians with their dangerous , unwanted alien ideas.", as Oregon and Washington tell California: "Hold my beer." on the gun control regulations.
In the microcosism of my family and friends in Cali, it is already happening...and it just as wrong for us to denigrate and laugh at Oregon and Washington as for many of you in the NorthWest to do to Californians.

Too often the focus is on the circular firing squad to snipe at those who should be viewed as our brothers and sisters. I have yet to see or hear a proof statement of how we Californians indoctrinated your governors and state house representatives to take such radical anti-2A positions. Instead, I see a political ideology being taught in schools, written about in media, and promulgated in our government officials, who often seem to be playing a game of one upmanship. Additionally, it appears these laws in California, Washington and Oregon are not even being written by the actual legislatures but by outside monied interest groups.

So my recommendation...keep your eyes on the front sight of actual bad actors and not on the friendly fire of self prejudice.

In Oregon, it is an old prejudice dating at least back to the 60's and 70's. Many of us remember Governor Tom McCall and his famous "... visit, but for heaven's sake don't stay" comment.

What was funny to me was the prejudice "old" California transplants had toward new California arrivals. I was talking to a co-worker one day in the late 80's when she commented that Californians moving to Oregon were going to ruin the state. I looked at her and queried: "Aren't you from California?" She looked only slightly sheepish and said something to the effect that the new arrivals were the problem, not the ones that came before. I told her it was all a matter of perspective and that my father would respond to her comment about "going to ruin the state" with: "It's too late. They already have."

I do worry that other "freer" states might have a similar attitude toward Oregonians fleeing the tyranny here. They might be afraid Oregonians will bring some of the tyranny with them. I believe (like Oregonians toward Californians) they fear the newcomers might feel like they almost had things right back in Oregon/California and need to strive for that, but without the XXXXXXXX, where XXXXXXX represents the specific reasons they left. I'm not saying their fear is totally unfounded but do recognize and largely agree with your post.

I don't think it's just money. It's the pussification of America.
Perhaps but imagine if 10% of the money spent on panic buying was instead used to get our message out there. Show the uninformed what these bills are really about and how ineffective they have been, then maybe we could sway 2 or 3 percent of those voters our way and beat these at the ballot box.

As always, thanks Dan @bentoncity for getting this put together. I will pass along to my family that lives in WA and encourage them to take action.
I probably should have just provided a link for everyone for brevity. This link will take you to the Wa. State page that looks like the picture where you can choose the house, senate or both.

Oregon has something similar.
Here's their senate by district.
Here's their representatives by district.

Idaho senate
Idaho legislature

& I better get Mt in there as well..
It's rather convoluted meaning you have to choose on the filter on the left side.
