Poll: How do you store your prep supplies at home?

My wife and I are consolidating our supplies to a central location in the home, and it made me wonder how everyone else stores theirs. Alternatively, if your current storage method is less than ideal for reasons you can't control, how would you prefer to store it if you could?

For context I consider supplies to include:

Foods in the basement as it's cooler and stable. Run a dehumidifyer as well down there.
