Always with 1 in the chamber and a spare mag. If you are not comfortable doing so, sell your 1911, revolver, or other ridiculous handgun from yesteryear and get a Glock 26 plus a kydex appendix carry holster and mag pouch. If you are to fat to carry appendix lose weight. If you are not comfortable drawing from appendix get off of the internet and go get some training.

I am with you on the Glock, and getting a quality holster, but you lost me at appendix carry. IWB strongside is a superior way of carrying concealed imho.
