I fully expect full auto 50 Cal machine guns and M16s and grease guns if this ever happens. Hell in Brazil they found an anti aircraft gun in the black market, and grenades.

After all if people have an addiction to something then there are always those that will provide what they are looking for.

Having been teaching for 12 years now...I have never been asked to take a poll that dealt with firearms.

Nor do I brainwash my students either...I however do encourage them to research a topic and not to take a stance , just 'cause someone tells them , which way to stand on any given issue.

The stereotype of the anti gun / anti American teacher is just that , a stereotype...
Just like the stereotype of the gun owner , who is racist....again a stereotype.

I seem to recall looking at one of these kits at a gun show long ago and quality was pretty poor.

The next AWB will not have a sunset provision and be permanent. If the communist democrats get their way, there will be full-on mandatory turn-in or buy-backs. A new black market for weapon parts will likely spring up, but manufacturers will be forced to stop making semi-autos completely. IMHO, The stars seem to be lining up: Senate Republicans are feckless, cowardly, and easily bullied by the lying, communist press and Trump will likely sign it if it makes it to his desk to get "a deal." The threat is more serious than most realize, I think...

I have been following these news reports and the candidates from all sides.

They will want to ban not just 15 round capacity standard Glock magazines (Newer Glock 19.) but the 10 round capacity magazines that fit into some newer Glock subcompact pistols (45 acp). Others too that I can't rattle off right now.

Most likely the 7 round magazines in smaller pistols (45acp) and the 7 round magazines in Beretta Bobcat 22lr pistols too. THEY WANT TO BAN IT ALL!

They REALLY, really want to do this and their MAIN GOAL is to ban all firearms.

They are so STUPID and/or they do not care even if they do KNOW that if a criminal wanted to HURT or murder another person - that they could do it with a single shot firearm of any type! People have been wounded and died slowly or quickly with 1 clean shot from a criminal who intended to do the dirty deed.

That will kill these gun control/people control freaks if they can't TWEET their cra cra thoughts or tell people what they had for lunch on Fakebook!

Then BAN all of their smart/dumb telephones and all cellular telephones.

And when they want to BAN or restrict any other guns just so that WE THE PEOPLE have a LEVEL PLAYING FIELD - do the same, exact thing for all peace officers and all of the military. So if honest/sane/responsible citizens can't own x, y or z in firearms - they can't either so EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME EXACT LEVEL.

Maybe the police can go back to using batons and people can carry batons on them too. So if a bad guy wants to strike them - the good guys can DEFEND themselves.

Invest in batons and canes even if you use a cane on and off for walking.

Ed Rendell was just on Fox. He invoked recent events in Dayton and Philly to call for a ban on "assault weapons" and "high capacity" magazines. He said, and I quote word for word, "Civilians have no right to have assault weapons and high capacity magazines."

I look at ALL news websites and ALL of the Ds or 99% of them are saying this and so are Rs too!

I have been investing in QUALITY - name brand fixed blade knives for a couple of years especially since I no longer own, carry or shoot handguns due to my arthritis and old accident issues from a very bad fall years ago.
Age and arthritis makes it worse.

I am very good in handling them - no offense to any person here. Various lengths. I know that some people do not LIKE knives or they scoff at them. Oh well.

I am still good with an axe and a 'hawk too.

I may only use a 22lr rifle now and NO handguns but I will be dipped if my old age or arthritis will keep me from defending myself or my MT husband.

My late husband used to tell me before he died at barely 56 years old and when I was 51 years old, "Well Cate, you learned to defend yourself and you are a good shot. You can now defend me since I am weak and dying if the need should arise." NOT verbatim. This was not too long after 9/11 happened.

He died knowing that whether or not I remained a widow and whether or not if I lived much longer - that I ALWAYS HAD A WILL to DEFEND MYSELF, A LOVED ONE, MY HOME AND MY OLD DOGS. I no longer own a dog.

I do consider myself a ticked off old lady when it comes to some socialist and communist AGENDA which seems to be in vogue with the Ds and Rs.

I sure want to know what the H happened to my OLD conservative, smaller government, fiscally conservative, supporters of the CONSTITUTION, etc. when it came to our so called leaders in this Republic?!

I disagree with your comment that they don't know what they are doing. They know exactly what corruptions the government is capable and they embrace them because they will be the ones in power . Gun control is essential to their plan because a disarmed populace has no power to stop them. The ones in power won't suffer under socialism and their useful idiots , having served their purpose will be left to suffer with the rest of us..
