Judges can overstep their authority and violate the constitution all they want. Pretty much commonplace any longer. These types of "rulings" happen so often now as to be laughable.

Ultimately, they don't have any real power unless they have the means to enforce them. And what time is showing us is that these types of laws/rulings have little teeth, because people simply choose to ignore them. Maybe a handful get caught, but so many more simply move on, ignoring this garbage. Without real enforcement, there are no teeth in these rulings.

Even New Zealand, who anti's love to tout as "doing the right thing" with gun laws (bans, forced buy-backs) after the shooting there, have been forced to see this truth - the majority of gun owners will refuse to conform when a government goes too far. New York, LA, CT, all are seeing what happens when you go too far - the public simply ignores them. And, as expected, no enforcement happens, proving the law/rulings have no teeth. They must rely solely on fear to drive the masses to comply. But the masses don't seem to be too concerned, overall. Pizzed off, yes, but not concerned.

The real problem (NY, CA, CT, MA et al.), is the elimination of future generations of enthusiasts.

Sure, those whom ignore the stupid unconstitutional laws share the knowledge & skills with there families, if they have them/can. But they still won't be able to get there own whatever down at the LGS when they come of age.

Exactly what the antis want. Future disarmed public, under tyrannical rule.

They might. But there's evidence that the next generation, post-millenials, may not follow in lockstep with the direction the anti's want them to go. My nephew took on a debate in school defending the 2nd amendment. He's not growing up in a pro-2A household, but he sees why it's important to protect that right. Time, of course, will tell.

As always, well thought out, concise and on the money response to yet another liberal judges over reach. As @etrain16 has shared, non-compliance will take the teeth out of the law. Remember how non-compliant the founding fathers were... We need to follow their example.

Thanks for the kind response. Just been sitting back and observing more than talking these last months. Watching here and what folks around the country are doing. We're all pawns in someone's political game. Ultimately, we have to choose what's important to us, and what freedoms we're willing to give away. Thankfully, there is only so much force the government can exert on the citizens before they push back, even if it's just quietly.
