Continuing that thought on modern communications -- I know a lot of us wonder what the heck happened to make school shootings a thing. So many of these are copy-cat events. When I was a kid, to learn about something to copy cat would have required I was reading newspapers or watching the news -- yeah right, that barely happened. Today though, every little bit of crazy gets instant fame on social media, 24/7 news sources, online news sources, and so forth -- you have to be totally living under a rock to not hear about it.
I know others have said this same thing, and I guess it is a pretty obvious comment, and there's no turning back either. I love being able to get information about things that I don't know how to do -- youtube has saved me a bundle on plumbers alone -- but there is a dark side.
We used to say about programming a computer, garbage in garbage out. Yes we have many outlets for information but most feed us garbage with misleading tag lines to get clicks for $$. "Dirty Laundry" covered this in 1981 (?) but no one guessed how bad it could get.
I am trying to prepare for the 'adjustment' that is inevitable. The elites or power base are so arrogant they believe the can control all outcomes irregardless of more shootings, homeless, ect.
Being free leaves you exposed but also motivated. Something these kids are lacking. 18-20 is the point these kids are facing reality of the lies they were told about being prepared. Maybe they go back to the schools because it's the source of the lies.
