A pretty self explanatory question. For platforms such as the AR it's fairly simple to pick up an extra trigger control group or bolt...but for my friends that own M1 Garands what (if any) spare parts do you keep handy?
Hey Folks,
Since I was a little kid my favorite firearm has been the M1 Thompson. I loved watching the old WWII movies and, having a degree in History, I also like the historical aspect of the Thompson.
I've always wanted one but am not the type of person to buy something "just because"
So...
Really nice rifle with on a few rounds fired. Comes with bayonet and sling and several clips 5RD AND 8RD . Also comes with 2 boxes of military antique match grade 30 06 ammo.
Looking for 15 rounders with the sleave if possible. I have Pmags (30 rd, window) new in package, some used Glock (9mm, 45 acp) and some SIGs (226 and 229). I also have some Ruger 14, HK 91 and a couple of CMC Powermags (10 round, 45acp). Send me an email and we can discuss particulars...
AK SOLD.
Second up is an Ordinance post war M1 carbine. I recently purchased this rifle, however it turned out to not be what I wanted. I believe it needs a new charging handle assembly as the bolt hold open gets stuck sometimes in the open position. Comes with 1 15 round magazine. The plus...
Anyone in the Albany/Salem/Woodburn area have an M1 Carbine rear sight tool I could borrow for a week?
I'll buy you a sixer of your favorite beer.
Thanks,
does anyone have pictures of their m1 barrel stripped or a spare barrel laying around for one? All the pictures i can find online and videos are too low quality for my eyes to tell.
Im trying to identify what company made my barrel and it has some teeth in the middle where the center cap for...
***SOLD***I have decided to sell my Springfield M1 Garand. I have had it for a while, now its time for it to bring luck to someone else.
This rifle came to me from the CMP in March of 2007 as a Danish return field grade. It had a bunch of Italian parts which I replaced over the years.
When I got...
This particular Benelli is a pre-ban and is in great condition. Action is very smooth and bore is nice and clean. Ghost ring sights
If the listing is up the item is still available. Please do not ask as I will not respond assuming you are a spammer. I will travel to an ffl as far north as...
Time to part with my m1 garand. Springfield Armory receiver.
May of 44’ dated receiver with June of 44’ dated barrel. Most of the rifle is 100% ww2 period correct parts and matching numbers. Rear sight I believe has been updated for Korean War. Stock may possibly be Korean War. Don’t quote me on...
Hello,
Picked up a Benelli M1 Super 90 today at the show in Albany. I went to Bi Mart for ammo then straight to the range. I purchased bird shot, Buck shot, and slugs and everything cycled. I went through about 70 rounds no issues.
I would welcome any information anyone has on proper cleaning...
I have an M1 Carbine for sale. Asking $500, OBO. This rifle will go on Gun Broker in one week if there is no action here. I believe it was either made by Inland or Plainfield due to the metal handguard.
I'm a big fan of the actions on Mi's and the Mini style Rugers.
THE sOCOM m1 Has the same barrel lenght as the Ruger, and the actions appear to be carbon copies. Other than the appx $750 difference in price, what other differences would one expect?
Please advise.
SOLD - Springfield Armory M1 Garand for sale - Very good condition, and very good bore. From what the previous owner has told me, this gun was assembled for the Korean War, but was never issued. Receiver #225xxx. Not all matching #s. I'll consider any reasonable offer.
