Wow, does that ever sound like Philly. What a nasty place to have to live. (I'll be visiting back there in another month.)

Grounds: I am pastor of a church; I carry large sums of money to bank at least 2-3 times a week. As a businessman, I was robbed once. I could very well be a target for the automobile I drive and my appearance.

On that note, seems to be a large # of people "forgot" they'd been arrested.

I'm not entirely sure what the laws are there but around here it takes a conviction (felony/violence/etc) not just a (not by coincidence unspecified) arrest.

Either way yeah this sounded like a bad idea from the get go.
