Molotov cocktail IS lethal threat, I've been on fire. I wouldn't wait until it was lit, if seen filling containers with fuel I'd be hard pressed to NOT take action. F that, I've been burned over 60% of my body and that WONT happen again. Call it what you want, intentionally causing a fire is attempted murder. Rather be shot or in prison than months or years recovering from burns again.
