Told ya he was busy lifting about 12lbs!
Again, congrats on the grand babies!
PS; it takes a while to fully recover, just be patient and you’ll get there.
A goal to strive for Steve!
Walk to the kitchen as often as you can every day, soon you will get there in record time.
If you can get an air-soft pistol and have someone set you up a big box full of rags or crumpled up newspaper and stick some targets on it to give you something to do besides sitting there staring at the tube at least you'll keep your eye in.
They aren't real expensive.
Just don't give up!
I’ve been tempted by one of these to shoot off the porch while BBQing steaks...
Umarex Legends C96 Blowback Semi-Automatic Air Pistol, .177 Caliber, 5.5" Barrel, 19 Rounds - 578392, Air & BB Pistols at Sportsman's Guide
That’s awesome, but it is illegal to discharge an air pistol in the PDX city limits!
Like they’re going to drag you away? Do it in the house.
Guys, I’ve had indoor shooting gear in the house since I was about four years old!
It’s always good to have the equipment to be able to practice indoors. I’m an air soft fan as well. Works sight alignment and to a lesser degree, trigger control.
I have a couple and can say they keep my targeting skills up to requirements.
I’d still get the Umarex C-96...
I have yet to stop praying for you, Steve. Continued prayers.
In Jesus' Holy name.
Confirmed and Amen!
Landed in the hospital w/ pneumonia and sepsis of the blood! I’m a very sick boy! This could kill me!!!
Praying for you brother.
My thoughts and prayers are still with you Sarge. You will beat this too!
Hang in there Steve, we are all pulling for you!! Prayers for you and your family.
Sweet Jesus take care of my brother! He needs your healing hand. I pray to The Great Physician to care of him and heal him.
In the name of The Great Jehovah. Jesus, the Holy Christ Almighty!
Amen to that!!!
You are in my thoughts and hope you get better. The strain of pneumonia running around is not to be taken lightly. I had it in the first week of March, spent 5 days in the hospital and it almost killed me but thankfully I pulled through. It is no fun without all of the other stuff you have been going through but hopefully you will beat this one too. You have a lot of people pulling for you so hang in there and get better. Hope this is the last of the bad stuff you have to endure and then onto enjoying life again.
We all die, it's part of deal. But we die easier when we think we're going to. You're not dieing yet. Flex that inner strength and kick azz.
Thoughts and prayers. Hang in brother.
Dammit son, YOU WILL SURVIVE! YOU WILL LIVE TO ENJOY YOUR GRANDSONS!
THAT'S AN ORDER!
