Finally got my wife out shooting with my for my birthday. First time I've seen her fire a gun since before we got married (and that'll be 9 years tomorrow).


Tried working her grip. Like this, though, she puts marks where they're supposed to go. Any other way and they're off the paper.

And finishing with a pic of a friend taking his first shots with his first gun. He`s a huge fan of cold war era HK and thinks most other guns are ugly as sin. So he saved up for a few months and got a C308. Kinda tough teaching a guy to shoot on such a monster of a rifle but we`re working through it. Soon he wants to get one of those surplus BHPs you see for cheap.

three weeks ago. shooting 1,000 yards, with a cross wind moving bullets between 10 and 20 inches. my group wasnt that great, but was around 12 inches by 4 inches, with 1 flyer. more importantly, i gotta get outta town for a few hours.

That's one girl I wouldn't mess with. She's a ginger with a gun and she knows how to use it.

Full disclosure: both my kids have red hair and can shoot as well.
