Good idea, and appreciate the effort, but your screencap's unreadable to my eyes. Could you maybe add a text list of your column headers?

The columns are as follows:
Firearm: Basic description e.g. colt 1911
Serial Number: Self explanatory
Date of MFG: date of manufacture or best guess/range
Other info: Caliber or other possible issues such as aftermarket sights or first issue (Caliber could probably be its own column)
Value: This column was just there specifically for this situation with a green cell indicating I was sure on the price and red meaning it was a best guess with more info needed.
The last columns are value from 100, 98, 95, 90, 80, 70, and 60 percent condition

Many of them could end up really being taken advantage of if they asked the wrong person, "so what are these worth?"
