I really like my Berreta 92 compact only thing that would make it better is if it was in 45acp.

It would have about 3" wide slide.

I just got my M9A4 back from Langdon, and the trigger is amazing!

The 92 compacts are barely smaller than the full size 92, so I vote full size.

This. I also prefer the grip angles/contours more on the full. A very comfortable smoke thrower.

Wilson doesn't, but Langdon has a compact. I'm not sure that's it's a Vertec, but my understanding of the Elite line, is that it's a hybrid between the Vertec and standard.

They use the M9A1 Frame. The A3, A4 and 92X Performance use the Vertec frame.

Not so sure on the compact, but the trigger on my 92 was my only complaint so if tats all you got I would go with the better trigger just because.

Yes, but the Elite frame is thinner, and closer to the same dimensions as the Vertec frame according to Langdon.

That is probably because of the ultra thin VZ/LTT G10 Grips.

I bought a compact (92X) but it showed up with a rusty barrel so it got sent back to Beretta for repairs. Got a full size (M9) in the meantime and it's much less rusty. I already have magazines for the compact because they were so cheap; at least they should be possible to use in my P228 if I cut new mag catch slots in them. Or maybe Beretta will replace the barrel at some point...
