Pros:

• Infinitely adjustable
• Won't stretch like leather can
• Rigid enough for a full range load-out so it can easily handle any EDC load you throw at it
• Looks great in all casual settings
• Threads easily through belt loops unlike some belts with Cobra buckles
• Low key. Doesn't scream "shoot me first"
• Will easily last you five years

Cons

• It's not cheap
• It might be too rigid. Some people like a bit more flexibility in their EDC belt
