I'm not NRA for the first time in years. After many question marks & accusations regarding their leadership, bankruptcy was the last straw. I do plan on rejoining once they get their act together. I am still GOA.

I'm only Life so I'm assured my opportunity to vote against Wayne's buttremoras on the Board every year and they can't play games about "oops, didn't get your payment in time, try again in 5 years."

You'd need either a vote of the BOD--which means a "Long March" to purge his stooges--or a Member Revolt. I need to dig out the Bylaws and look up the section on "Shareholder Proposals"... which even if we got a FIRE WAYNE NOW to the table and forced a vote, it'd probably be referred to a Board committee tasked explicitly with spiking it.

First step in getting rid of Wayne is to reject his people on the BoD. I trust these guys, https://www.savethe2a.org , and Knox at https://firearmscoalition.org for the Inside Baseball.
