Concealed Carry at Multnomah Falls

Is it legal to carry concealed (with a valid CHL) at Multnomah Falls and the trails nearby? The USDA Forest Service website says that the falls are part of the "Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area," but I'm not sure how that relates to concealed carry.

There is a lot of Army Corps of Engineers property out in the gorge, as well. Under Trump, the Corps published proposed rules to expand firearms access on Corp property. They never finalized the rules last time I checked.
