"In 2017, just 12 of the 112,000 people denied a gun purchase, about 0.01%, were federally prosecuted, largely due to limited resources for the time-intensive investigations, according to a U.S. Government Accountability Office report."And I would wager of those 300,000 denied transfers, that there were fewer than 200 prosecutions for the crime of falsely completing the paperwork.
I feel safer knowing that people who can't pass the test won't be getting a gat. If you fail at medical school are you being denied your right to the American dream? Or are you rightfully denied in order to protect others? Hmmm.A Record 300,000 Americans Denied Their Right to Self Defense.

When I sold guns I used to point those denied folks over to the private sale area at the gunshows--criminals are armed, so why not the rest of the folks seeking guns?I feel safer knowing that people who can't pass the test won't be getting a gat. Eh, some people don't deserve those rights. Felons, abusers, stalkers, etc. Let them have a pointy stick. You don't have the right to practice medicine. You do have the right to defend yourself.
Good one, when someone gets 'denied' it's game over. Only way to fight a denial is a timely process involving many sets of fingerprints sent to a gov't agency--I have twice fought my own denials & it took many monthsWe have had 2 customer denied last week. We told them to fight it. both got the guns a week or so later! Fight it!
If someone is too dangerous to live in a free society, they should not be free.Eh, some people don't deserve those rights. Felons, abusers, stalkers, etc. Let them have a pointy stick.
Most of the time they had rights restored and not all the right departments got the notice.Good one, when someone gets 'denied' it's game over.
