So in the first place who says the number is 3%? Somebody who thinks that because she doesn't personally know Dianne Feinstein, then Ms. Feinstein's repeated objective of confiscating all black rifles and handguns has no merit?

Let's take a look at a recent CBS poll in which the respondents were asked if they owned or had guns in the house:


Well, that's somewhat at odds with the 3% figure. Perhaps these gun owners live in houses with several hundred thousand people -in each house.

And, considering the increasingly confiscatory rhetoric in the country since 1980, do we suppose that some of those surveyed had recently been BOATING in rough seas aboard the S.S. Noneofyourbusiness? May-be!

Well, let's say you want to shoot 30 rounds - you could go the easy route and just get an AR with a 30-round magazine. But what fun is that??

Now if you were, say, @AndyinEverson, well then that changes things - 30 rounds is 30 BP rifles, all lined up on the table!! Now THAT is a super gun owner Then again, cleaning those 30 rifles wouldn't be much fun so....

According to The Guardian I'm not a "Super" gun owner, but I am definitely in the Lake Woebegone "Above Average" neighborhood. To hell with them, I still think I'm a Super guy.

I have to question this "super gun owner" tag. Seems to me we're talking about "regular" gun owners - everyone else is just playing catch-up. How about "normal" gun owners and "slackers"???
