True story! The one, the only one,, and I've had some really nice ones,,, goes like this: I bought it, then lost it when I actually missed my quarry for the very first time (all others,, and thats a bunch of em didn't fare so well) to my Son because I'm true to my word and had told him, if I ever miss, well you know the rest of the story, stupid. He many years later bestowed the "magic stick", otherwise known as a pre 64 model 70 featherweight in the venerable old hide buster and skin bruiser- 30-06 back to me when he felt that I had learned my lesson for making such a foolish wager. She will never leave my company again, as long as my ticker ticks, and when it quits I'll hand, pass it back to him. God we make beautiful music together!

PSG-1

Not because it's any more/less accurate than rifles costing half as much. But it's one rare bird. And it's H&K.

Me, I want an 1874 Sharps Buffalo in 45-110 from Shilo Rifles. Specifically the Quigley model, gotta love a Sharps buffalo. Been hunting with front stuffers for some years now and really like black powder shooting, although, if I hunt with it, it'll have to be during regular season. Be awhile though, fully optioned out like I want it's a bit more than I can justify for now.
