No doubt the excuse train will be pulling in now. Such a waste of air. In cut and dry cases he should be publicly hung within months. There is no sane reason we should have to support this scum for decades. Hung and it should be put on public TV for others to see.

Those campus police made some serious mistakes. In other online articles they were told he was behaving crazy and likely had a gun. The officer that took him in didn't pat him down for weapons, didn't handcuff him, and his partner left him alone in the room while booking the perp.
