I guess it's a joke I don't get.

"Gross motor skills are movements related to large muscles such as legs, arms, and trunk. Fine motor skills are movements involving smaller muscle groups such as those in the hand and wrist."

Regarding gross motor skills...the larger muscle groups are available for more...strenuous activity and provide more power.

I also took gross as a double entendre for its other definition: unacceptable or icky to some...so, in regard to sex - kinky.
 
Unless you're trying to thread a needle in the middle of a gunfight, gross vs fine motor skill discussion is nothing more than mind numbing garbage.

It's all about training the brain properly...
