Considering how few times that's actually happened, in terms of the 2nd, since it's inception.... I think the Bruen decision and it's aftermath are here to stay for the forseeable future. In the short term as well, there are still cases on the books that will prop up the stict scrutiny requirement and hopefully give it even more steam....hope something can change at SCOTUS in next 2+ yrs
