A true orphan would be the surplus Italian Beretta 92s I bought from SOG several years back.
A nice piece with all the silky-slick action you'd expect from an Italian all-steel Beretta... but it introduced a third type of magazine release (heel) and my befuddled brain didn't need that added-in so it got sold.

I have 2 of these, old school and also a tactical aluminum edition.

I forgot that I have this Iver Johnson 16 gauge Champion. I gave a guy $25-$50 or so for it 15 yrs ago and I haven't fired it yet. Not my pic.
