You can't fault the Customs robbers -er, agents, for having poor taste in knives, though. The Presidio Auto Axis is a really nice piece.

At least Benchmade still makes 'em. There's that, anyway.

My buddy was carrying his SAW thru the gate on his way to the sand box, and they wanted his knife.
He looked at his gun and asked if they were serious

I recall packing a 1903A3 onto a PSA flight between SFAX and LAX,,,carry-on,,no, ammo of course, and it was stuffed in with the various overcoats and fancy dress. It was a time when the only threat was a unscheduled flight to Cuba, not a slit throat
