26 Unconstitutional charges for undocumented firearms, that is.26 felony charges for illegal guns...
I get it and ultimately agree. Is it better than being face down on the cold pavement bleeding out at 0200 in the morning? For what….. a stupid law?
as long as someone else is willing to be the case law volunteer, he does need to challenge this.26 Unconstitutional charges for undocumented firearms, that is.
Oh I agree. If you have a route to do it legally I think you should take advantage of that. Cover as many bases as possible. That way if you are forced to use a firearm you can at least validate your attempt to follow all the laws.I get it and ultimately agree.
I think the guy could have made better life choices though. He had to know he can buy a revolver in NY and get a CHL by now.
Yep, I hope he does challenge this. Lessons learned on both fronts.as long as someone else is willing to be the case law volunteer, he does need to challenge this.
Real shovels? Or guns that identify as shovels? A shovel is shovel. This is why all my guns are shovels.
So you have to dig their lungs out? This is why all my guns are shovels.

The mugger got to "find out" first!Man accused of killing mugger in Queens moves into the "Find Out" stage
The man charged in this story bought all of the weapons he's charged with illegally. NY has had some sort of weapon licensing since at least the '70s.This is coming to Orygun as well as all west coast states. Guns that you've had forever that become illegal through legislation. This sux for the shooter who needed to defend himself from a turd of a person.
My point was that the tides are changing here locally, I know very little about NY laws. The man charged in this story bought all of the weapons he's charged with illegally. NY has had some sort of weapon licensing since at least the '70s.
